Terms of Service

These terms describe how Jbulnes Landscaping quotes, schedules and performs landscaping work. Hiring Jose for a job means agreeing to the basics below.

Quotes

Quotes are no-obligation and are based on what Jose can see or what you describe. If the job turns out bigger or different once he is on site, he tells you before doing any extra work, and no extra work happens without your OK.

Weather and scheduling

Landscaping work happens outdoors, so rain and other weather can move a start date or push a job back a day or two. If a date needs to change on either side, you hear it from Jose first.

Access to your yard

For a job to move smoothly Jose needs a way into the yard — someone home, a gate code or an unlocked gate — and needs to know about anything underground or delicate, like a sprinkler line, a septic field or a buried cable.

Payment

The price agreed at the quote is the price, unless the scope changes and you and Jose agree on the change together. Payment for larger jobs is discussed before the work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.
